Arizona Emergency Medical Systems
For over 25 years, AEMS, a non-profit, community-based volunteer organization dedicated to improving emergency medical services (EMS) for the Central Region of Arizona.
Bureau of Emergency Medical Services
Responsible for the regulation of all licenses for EMT's and ambulance services, coordinates training, designates trauma centers, investigates complaints and administers the National Registry written examinations for the State of Missouri.

EMMCO West
Northwestern Pennsylvania's regional EMS Office. Provides primary prehospital education, continuing education, state certification testing and technical assistance for providers in Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Forest, Mercer, Venango, and Warren Counties.
Georgia EMS Section

Maine Emergency Medical Services

Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS)
A division of the Massachusetts Department of Health. To ensure that effective prehospital medical care is available to all who require it in Massachusetts.
Oregon Health Division - Emergency Medical Services and Systems

Region III EMS Council

Southern Alleghenies EMS Council
A regional EMS council serving Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset counties in South-central Pennsylvania. Continuing education and training schedules, regional updates and news, policies and protocols.
Southern Region Emergency Medical Services Council
(SREMSC) is a nonprofit corporation established in 1975 to serve as a regional resource center for the emergency medical services system in southcentral and southwestern Alaska.
Southern Tier Regional Emergency Medical Services
Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring regional EMS system for Chemung, Schuyler and Steuben counties in the Southern Tier of New York.
Southwest Alabama EMS (SWAEMSS)

STEP Council of the Genesee Region
Provides training, education, conference, funding and management for Monroe and Livingston Counties of New York.
Tennessee Emergency Medical Services Division
Regulates pre-hospital emergency medical care and medical transportation systems. Administers licensing, certification, accreditation and all other aspects of the EMS system.
Tennessee Region II EMS Directors Association
Provides direction, support and medical training to EMS providers throughout East Tennessee.
Texas Department of Health - Bureau of Emergency Management
The lead state agency responsible for EMS systems, professional certification and licensure, education, trauma facility designation, prevention and community relations and medical standards on motor vehicle operations.
Utah Dept. of Health - Bureau of Emergency Medical Services
Regulates and promotes a statewide system of emergency and trauma care. Includes rules, list of providers, standards, certification/recertification, grants program, conferences and seminars.
VA EMS
Serve to assess, identify, coordinate, plan and implement efficient and effective regional delivery systems in partnership with Virginia's Office of Emergency Medical Services and Advisory Board. Includes a list of regional sites.
